Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items (such as personalized or final-sale products) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer care team before sending it back.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
